WHAT ARE THE BENIFITS OF CAULKING MY HOME?

Helps save on energy bill. In the summer the heat will not get into the home and keep the home cooler and in the winter the cold will not get into the home to keep the home warmer. Having  a properly caulked home will keep bugs and insects out of your home and keep out moisture from your home.

WHEN DO I NEED TO REPLACE MY EXTERIOR CAULKING?

Exterior Caulking should be replaced once you notice the caulking is loose. Also if you notice any open spots, caulking should be added.

WHY DO I NEED TO CHANGE MY CAULKING?

When it rains water can it on the surface and slowly leak into the home. Also with high and low tempratures will cause moisture build up and can cause mold to start growing into the home.

I HAVE HOME INSURANCE, IF ANY PROBLEMS I WILL JUST MAKE A CLAIM!
